What we offer... 1-1 Sessions - a personlised session in mat, reformer or tower. If you've never tried Pilates before this could be for you. Build confidence before joining a class or work with an instructor to perfect your technique or reach a specific goal. 2-1 Sessions - why not come to a tailored session just for you and a friend, partner or family member? This can be in Mat, Reformer or Tower or mix and match.
