We have an amazing team of certified and highly exprienced Pilates instrictors with over fourten years combined exprience, guiding you through contempory and classical Pilates.

We offer Reformer Pilates, Tower Pilates, Mat Pilates. We also offer private 121 and 221 sessions to really focus on personal goals and technique that give you the opportunity to learn and develop at your own space.
