What is Tower Pilates?
Tower, often called a ‘half Cadillac’, combines Mat Pilates with spring resistance to elevate your workout.
Tower Pilates brings a wonderfully versatile edge to traditional Pilates by using springs, bars, and straps to add resistance, support, and challenge. This combination helps you build strength with precision, while also improving mobility and posture in a way that feels both controlled and fluid.
Tower can be adjusted to suit different bodies and abilities, it’s brilliant for progressing safely and deepen your Pilates practice. Complimenting the Reformer and Mat, Tower can simply not be missed from your Pilates practice.
Classes We Offer

£10 Taster
If you've never tried reformer before and want to see what all the hype is about, why not book in to one of our taster session? Alternatively if you've done reformer before but need a refresher this might be the session for you.

Beginners
If you're just starting your Reformer Pilates journey, or want to go back to basics this is the class for you. Working closely on technique and building strength to progress your practice.

All Levels
This class is for everyone. Whether you're a beginner or a more advanced Reformee this class has something for everyone so you can take it at your own level. If you've never tried Reformer before then please book in for a taster session first
Power -

Power
These sessions are for more advanced clients who have been to at least 12 reformer sessions and understand Pilates techniques and how to apply them. These classes are fast paced and will challenge your body in new ways.
