Meet the passionate team behind Reformer Inc. Our highly trained instructors are here to guide, support, and challenge you through every stage of your Pilates journey. With a shared focus on movement, wellbeing, and community, we’re dedicated to helping you feel your absolute best.

A bit about me, I found my passion for Pilates 10 years ago. Working in a corporate world, with years of a sedentary work life, long commutes and looking after a family I started to feel unfit and exhausted majority of the time. I turned to Pilates as an exercise to help strengthen my body, increase flexibility and generally to feel good. I soon discovered I achieved this and so much more I didn't know my body needed. It wasn't long until I qualified and found myself in a position to start teaching at two, if not the region's best Pilates studios in Sheffield.
Fast forward to now...I am beyond excited to have opened Reformer Inc. Pilates Studio with my business partner, Sophie, in a great location in Sheffield. Creating a haven to help people achieve their fitness and well-being goals through the wonders of Pilates. With over seven years teaching contempory and classical Pilates, I look forward to taking you on your Pilates journey.
